You've probably experienced it before - someone says or does something and you feel like it's directed at you (though it may not be) and that sets off all sorts of feelings within - sadness, anger, resentment. It's so easy to take their actions and words personally and blame ourselves for what they did or said. And that's normal and all part of the human experience! But if we were to take everything that other people say or do personally all the time, our days would be a very tiresome emotional roller coaster ride.

So how do we take things less personally then? Is that even possible? In this episode, I explore 6 ways in which you can shift your perspective and start taking things less personally.
